A RICHLY ILLUSTRATED, ENTIRELY HANDWRITTEN PERIODICAL, containing various reports concerning the Russian Navy and Air Force, primarily during the decade following the revolution. The reports detail the difficulties faced by various ships, including the “Prome,” the “Paris Commune,” the “Frunze,” the icebreakers “Ermak” and “Lenin,” and others. One section is devoted primarily to the Turkish navy and military operations in the Black Sea from 1914 to 1917. The sections on aviation discuss Zeppelin airships and the British R-101. The journal lists various authors, including F. Raskolnikov, L. Berman, A. Marti, P. Stasevich, and others. S. Sheff, who drew the illustrations, was likely the editor of this journal, which was published for several years; the available issues are numbered 1 and 2 and date from the fourth year of publication.
